Welcome to Control & Defence

 

At Control & Defence, I believe in teaching only self defence that works. I offer training that teaches realistic techniques and tactics in the shortest time possible.

Control & Defence offers a range of training for everyone.

However, I don't just teach you how to fight. I teach you avoidance, personal security, self-defence and the law, how to recognize agitation in a hostile person and how to talk your way out of a bad situation. I also teach you what to do after a conflict, citizens arrest methods, first aid, Victim ground rescue, how to recognize an attacker again to assist the police and how to overcome post traumatic stress following a physical conflict.

 

Last Training date is 22nd December and re-opens 12th January 2009
